안녕하세요?
전 요즘 기말 고사를 준비하느라고 바쁩니다.
난 수학과 영어가 좋습니다.
어려운 문제를 풀어내는 게 재밌습니다.
하지만 사회는 싫어요 왜냐하면 전 기억력이 나쁘거든요.
선생님, 실례합니다만, 무슨 종교이세요?
요즘은 많은 사람들이 기독교를 믿습니다.
얼마 전까지만 해도 우리 나라 사람의 대부분은 불교를 믿었어요.
불교에 대한 사람들의 믿음은 국민들이 서로 통합하게 만들었을 뿐만 아니라,
해결이 불가능 해 보이는 문제에 대해서도 큰 인내심을 심어 주었습니다.
그리고 산 속의 가장 아름다운 곳에서 숨겨진 작은 절들은
너무나도 평온하고 신선하기 때문에 불교 신자가 아닌 사람들까지도
도시 생활의 스트레스를 잊기 위해 찾아간답니다.
저는 기독교 신자이자만,
불교가 한국 문화에 끼친 커다란 영향에 저도 감동하곤 합니다.
부디, 당신의 종교에 대해서 말씀해 주세요.
정말 궁금해요.

How are you?
These days, I am so busy preparing for the final exams.
I like Math and English
because it's so exciting to solve difficult problems.
I don't like social studies much because I have a bad memory.
Teacher, I hope you don't mind my asking,
but what religion are you?
These days, a lot of people are Christian.
But until recently, the majority of our country believed in Buddhism.
The people's belief in Buddha, not only caused the country to unite,
but also helped to give us more patience when approaching problems that seemed unsolvable.
And the small temples that are hidden away in the most beautiful parts of the mountains are so calm,
tranquil and refreshing that even people who are not Buddhists,
go there to forget about the stress of everyday city life.
I'm Christian,
but I'm still amazed at how much Buddhism has affected Koran culture.
Please tell me a bit about your religion.
I'm really interested.
