Please record the meter reading section number and meter reading date on the self-meter reading sticker attached to the front door by 5:00 on the 5th.
* Meter reading notifications *
1. Phone or text meter reading guidance.
Customers who were unable to record their self-meter reading stickers due to unavoidable circumstances should call or text the customer center below and send the meter reading number along with your address.
2. Acknowledgement notification system.
If the meter reading number is not recorded, it will be acknowledged as the usage for the same month of the previous year and will be recalculated when the meter is read the following month.
3. Meter reading cooperation guidance.
If the gas meter is not read and you receive an acknowledgement notification for several months, there will be a difference from the actual usage, so please pay the actual usage fee by reading accurately.
4. Move-in/out guidance.
When moving in or out, you must contact the customer center for the closing and connection of the combustion unit.
