1. [in that]
앞에서 설명했듯이 [in that]은 관계대명사가 아닌 접속사로 사용되어 뒤 절이 완벽하고, 앞 문장에 대한 구체적인 이유나 근거를 보충할 때 사용되며, "~라는 점에서", "~라는 의미에서"의 뜻입니다. (= in the sense that, in the fact that). 항상은 아니지만 접속사 역할을 하기 때문에 보통 문장의 중간에 위치합니다. 숙어처럼 암기하시기 바랍니다.
