Dear Diary,
What is wrong with me?
When I get really angry. I just stare at the person who got me angry.
And they will wonder why I am staring at them and I get into a silence
and I can't even answer them.
I will shut everything out, then I will hold it inside, until I burst out on them,
and start hitting and punching.
I will have a hard time breathing and stuff.
And I don't know why I will get worked up so much about the little things.
It really gets me angry. Once, I bruised up my hand for hitting the wall 2 much.
I will sometimes try to scream into a pillow or somthing when I get mad,
but it won't help until I hit someone or somthing.
