A terrible headache all day long....

It rained cats and dogs from the morning.
It was a long while since we had a refreshing day.
Today is the sunday, but On getting up.
I felt a splitting headache.
If I wanted to sleep more,
I had to get up to attend divine service of our church.
In spite of my bad condition.
I gave vent to my ill-contained resentment to get up.
It was very painful. But I managed to.....
why does my head feel heavy like this these days after sleeping?..
What because?
Is it becaues I have a lot of useless thought? Is that so?
Now I am standing on the hard situation.
so I have a trouble in breathing difficultily from day to day.
How can I overcome this hardship and adversity?
My God!!!! Please help me to find my tranquility again?
Living in the world is a continuation of pain.
That makes me very very lone.
My God!! I really wanna find a peace of my heart in God. Help me,please
It's late evening.
The symptoms which my terrible headache get well don't show.
I am very painful now due to headache....
