저는 오헨리가 쓴 마지막 잎새에 대해서 소개하려고 합니다.
마지막 잎새의 줄거리는 다음과 같습니다.
존시는 폐렴을 앓고 있었습니다.
그녀는 살려는 의지를 보이지 않았습니다.
그리고 창 밖의 잎만 세었습니다.
간호해 주는 친구 주우에게 "마지막 잎새가 떨어지면
나도 죽을꺼야"라고 말했습니다.
그들의 아래층에는 화가인 베어만 노인이 살았습니다.
주우는 노인에게 존시의 생각을 이야기헀습니다.
그리고 정말 잎새와 함께 떠나가면 어쩌나 하고 걱정하게 됩니다.
다음 날 아침 주우가 창문을 바라보았습니다.
밤새도록 세찬 비와 사나운 바람이 있었습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고,
거기에는 벽돌 담벽에 담쟁이 잎새 하나가
그대로 붙어 있었습니다.그 다음날이 지나도
잎새는 여전히 붙어있었습니다.
존시의 병세는 차도를 보이기 시작했습니다.
의사는 베어만 노인도 폐렴으로 앓고 있다는 말을 해 주었습니다.
그날 오후에 주우는 존시에게 베어만 노인이 죽었다는 것을 알렸습니다.
그리고 담장에 잎새도 그렸다는 것을 말해주었습니다.

베르만 노인의 존시를 향한 따뜻한 마음.

I introduce about "the last leaf" written by O.Henry.
The following is "the last leaf"s outline of a plot.
Jonsi was suffering from pneumonia.
She didn't have any will about her life.
And she just counted the leaves out the window.
I say to my frend attenting , "I think I will be dead when the last fall down."
Bareman who is an artist is living in downstairs of them.
Juwoo told him about her thinking.
And she was afraid that she left this world with leaves.
The next day morning, she looked out of a window.
Rough rain and the wind blows hard all night long.
Nevertheless only one leaf was leaving on the wall.
also until next day passed by, a leaf still hung on.
The state of a disease of Jonsi is take a turn for the better.
Doctor say the old of Bareman is suffering from a serious pneumonia.
That day Juwoo informed Jonsi of death of Bareman.
And she told him about his drawing a leaf on the wall.
until this "The last leaf"s whole content.
The warmheart of an old Bareman for Jonsi.
And Jonsi going to die herself.
