예상지도 못하게 선물을 보내서 놀랬지?
내가 몇일 전에 서울을 갔었어...
요즘 한국은 걷기에 딱 좋은 날씨거든..
그래서 서울 거리를 걷고 있었는데, 내 눈길을 사로잡는 물건이 있었어..
지금 바로 내가 너한테 보낸 거야..
가게에 들어가서 물어 보니깐 이건 행운을 가져다 주는 물건이래..
물방울들이 하나씩 하나씩 내려가면서 아래에 모이는 걸 보고 있으면 마음이 편안해 진다고 해..
그리고 이러한 물방울 하나하나가 모두 행운들이여서
이걸 가지고 있으면 행운을 가지고 있는 거나 마찬가지래..
겉보기에도 너무 예쁜데 지니고 있는 뜻도 너무 예쁘지?
달력을 보니깐 너의 생일이 얼마 안 남은 거야...
선물로 해주면 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 들었지..
마음에 들었으면 좋겠다. 잘 지내고 있는 거지?
생일 축하하고 항상 행운이 가득하길 바랄께..

I have been to seoul a few days ago.
It is a suitable weather in seoul for taking a walk lately.
Walking in the seoul street, I chanced to find the stuff which capture my heart.
That is the very one which I send you just now.
(That is the very stuff which you receive now)
When I asked a shop assistant what kind of stuff it is,
she told me that it brings us fortune.
It is said that if you see a drop of water falling down one by one and collecting at the bottom,
you will feel comfortable. and then this waterdrop each means a good luck.
so if you are possessed of this stuff, you are similar in possession to the fortune.
(The possession of this stuff is on a par with that of goodluck.
It is not only very beautiful seemingly, but the inner meaning in it is also beautiful.
When I saw the calendar, I happened to know that it will not be long before you have a birth day.
so It occured to me that I could send you this sfuff as a birthday present.
I really hope that you like it. Have you been fine until now?
I want you to lead a good life in the future, too.
Celebrate your birthday one more time, and I will keep my fingers crossed.
