2011년도는 도전하는 한 해였던 것 같습니다. 만족 할만한 결과 값이 없이 너무도 아쉽기는 하지만 도전했다는 것만으로 만족합니다. 지점에 많은 민원이 발생하였지만 빠른 시간내 원활하게 처리하여 우수지점으로 인정되었고, 신계약 관련 업무 또한 미결보완 감소로 포상도 받았습니다.업무관련 교육 이수를 하면서 업무처리시 놓쳤던 부분에 대해 다시한번 상기시키는 기회가 되기도 하였습니다.업무처리시 노화우 및 스킬공유를 타BOS와 공유하면서 친절BOS 아차상 명단에 이름까지 등극되기도 한 즐거운 한해였습니다. 2012년을 도약하면 다시 한번 새로운 도전 및 좋은 결과가 있기를 노력하겠습니다.
I think that the year 2011 was a challenging year to us. Despite I feel somethihg great is missing because we have not gained satisfactory results, we are now satisfied with challenging itself. Sometimes, a lot of civil complaints were posed at the branch office. nevertheless, we were not only accepted as a excellent branch as we had settled a dispute as soon as possible but we also awarded a prize due to the fact that an unsettled security had been decreased related to a new contract business. Completing an education linked to our business, we could have an opportunity to remind us of a missing part in dealing with our businesses once more. We think that we have spent a successful year because we also had the privilege to place our name on a list of consolation prize called "kindness BOS", sharing Know-How and skill with other BOS in dealing with our duty. Taking a leaf into 2012 years, we will make an effort so that we can try new challenges and produce good results once again.
