1. 여름에 나는 여러 야채를 이용해 음식을 만드는데 그것은 제철음식으로 적합하다.
봄에 먹는 음식으로 첫번째로 소개해 드릴 음식은 화전입니다.
이 화전은 봄에 나는 분홍빛 진달래 꽃을 이용하여 만들고 취향에 따라 달콤한 꿀에 찍어 먹는 화전 입니다.
그리고 예전에 조상님들은 집안의 우환을 없애자는 의미에서 진달래 화전을 먹었다고 합니다.
I usually make delicious dishes using many kinds of vegetables in summer, which are fitted for (as) food in that season. As spring dishes, hwajeon, which is a kind of pan-fried rice cake made of flower petals, is the first one that I will introduce from now on. This hwajeon is made using pink-colored flowers called azalea which usually grows in the spring and is eaten with sweet honey according to one's taste.In addition, It is said that ancestors in the old days ate a azalea hwajeon as a meaning of getting rid of misfortunes at home.
2.창경궁
창경궁은 왕들의 생활공간 확보를 위해 지어진 궁궐로써, 조선시대 궁들 가운데 유일하게 동향으로 지어진 궁궐이다. 창경궁의 따른 자랑거리는 아담한 전각들에 어울리는 단풍들로 인한 풍경의 아름다움이다
Changgyeong Palace
As being built to secure a living space for the king. The Changgyeong Palace is the only palace oriented toward the east among palaces in the Choson Dynasty. Another pride of the Changgyeong Palace is the beauty of the landscape resulted from maple which is suitable for a tidy royal palace.
